We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Belcrest Nursing Homes Ltd. in the role of Executive Housekeeping Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify any issues or concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain inventory levels of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to meet operational requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business administration).
  • At least 7 months of experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include dental plan, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, vision care benefits, life insurance, pension plan, maternity and parental benefits, permanent employment, English language, and 33-40 hours of work per week.
