Job Summary:

As a Data Platform Manager at Ledcor Construction, Inc., you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's data platform. This includes connections from the platform to source systems, databases, data warehouses, and data lakes. You will oversee the data platform team to identify priorities, track progress, and ensure completion of deliverables and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the data platform team to design, implement, and maintain the organization's data platform.
  • Oversee the data platform team to identify priorities, track progress, and ensure completion of deliverables and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and priorities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, influencing decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and leadership roles.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role, overseeing teams and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive data-driven strategies.
