Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cross-Platform Developer to join our team at Platform Ldn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cross-platform development, with experience in frameworks like React Native, Flutter, and Xamarin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Cross-Platform Applications: Design, develop, and deploy cross-platform mobile and desktop applications that meet the needs of our users.
  • Ensure Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Designers: Work closely with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces and intuitive user experiences.
  • Integrate APIs and Services: Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and external services to enhance application functionality.
  • Conduct Thorough Testing: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure application stability and error-free performance.
  • Optimize Application Performance: Optimize application performance, addressing issues related to speed, responsiveness, and resource consumption.
  • Implement Security Best Practices: Implement security best practices to protect user data and application integrity.
  • Utilize Version Control Systems: Utilize version control systems like Git to manage and track code changes.
  • Maintain Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the codebase, project specifications, and development processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in cross-platform development, with proficiency in relevant frameworks and languages.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Design Principles: Familiarity with mobile and desktop application design principles and UI/UX best practices.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Methodologies: Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
