Job Title: Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary

The Business Manager will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing the collection and analysis of data and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget and Expenditures: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

The Business Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
