Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Home Choice Building Centre.

Job Summary:

The Construction Helper will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and transporting materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting in framing houses and building roofs.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own transportation
  • Ability to work under pressure and in physically demanding environments
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
Work Environment:

The Construction Helper will work outdoors at construction sites, often at heights, and will be required to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
