Customs Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Manager to join our team at Delmar International. As a key member of our brokerage team, you will be responsible for managing customs processes, ensuring efficient delivery of services, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop customs processes, service platforms, and productivity output to meet company goals and targets.
• Address client queries, maintain positive relationships with clients and government authorities, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the Director of Customs Services to drive business growth and improve customs services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customs procedures, tariffs, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in customs brokerage at a supervisory or management level.
• College Diploma in International Transportation & Customs or related field is preferred.
• Strong business acumen, knowledge of customs procedures, tariffs, regulatory requirements, profit & loss management, accounting, and CSA.
• CCS, CTCS, LCB designations are preferred.
• Experience in CargoWise One system or related brokerage systems is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
