Customs Operations Manager

About the Role:
The Customs Manager will be responsible for overseeing the brokerage team at Delmar International, ensuring the efficient delivery of customs services to clients while meeting company goals and targets. This role involves managing customs processes, service platforms, and productivity output, as well as addressing client queries and maintaining relationships with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop customs processes, service platforms, and productivity output.
- Address client queries and maintain positive relationships with clients and government authorities.
- Ensure the efficient delivery of customs services to clients.
- Meet company goals and targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the customs brokerage industry at a supervisory or management level.
- College Diploma in International Transportation & Customs or related field is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of customs procedures, tariffs, regulatory requirements, profit & loss management, accounting, and CSA.
- CCS, CTCS, LCB designations are preferred.
- Experience in CargoWise One system or related brokerage systems is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
