About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Champion to join our team at Scotiabank. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in delivering outstanding service and support to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate independently to execute day-to-day operations within authorized limits, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide dedicated point-of-contact for day-to-day service activities, responding promptly to client inquiries, concerns, or complaints.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant products, processes, and policies, staying informed about Bank regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business lines to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, reduce costs, and improve services.
  • Champion a high-performance environment, implementing people strategies that attract, retain, develop, and motivate teams.
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Education or minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Financial Services or related industry.
  • Working knowledge of Retail, Corporate, and Commercial products, services, and procedures.
  • Proven customer service skills, flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Bank's transactional services.
  • Effective communication (written & verbal) and Organizational Skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Pursuant to a language needs assessment, proficiency in English is required, with French language skills desirable.
