Exciting Package

An attractive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the company's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires exceptional customer service skills, interacting tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers.

Fantastic communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and willingness to learn and grow are essential qualities for success.

Daily product maintenance involves ensuring stocking locations are up-to-date, including bins, cabinets, trays, and other areas.

Proactive engagement with contract administration/customer service and customer production floor management facilitates efficient resolution of daily requirements.

Addressing on-site quality assurance issues and escalating them to Program/Site Management or Quality Management ensures high-quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications

A High school graduate with proven customer service and interaction skills is required.

Direct customer contact experience and ability to deal with sensitive situations are essential.

Prioritizing safety and hazard-free workplaces is a must.
