- Kitchen Management
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Order supplies and equipment, managing inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Experience and Qualifications
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing kitchen demands.
