Salary

This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience. As a Senior Recruiter at our Milton Branch, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and make a meaningful impact on our organization.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Milton, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment strategy by connecting quality candidates with fulfilling careers. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Performing full-cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our warehouse operation, especially technical, high-level, or confidential roles.
  • Recruiting quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills.
  • Working with interviewers and hiring managers to compile candidate recommendations and prepare applicant files for review by senior leadership.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to the recruiting team.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other organizations to find talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in recruiting or a related HR function. You should also have knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office, as well as LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
