Property Management - Service Technician

Claridge Homes is a leading land developer in Ottawa, ON, with a portfolio of residential communities, condos, retirement communities, and the Andaz hotel. We are dedicated to quality and craftsmanship without compromise.

As a Service Technician - Property Management, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of our properties. Your duties will include:

  • Painting and drywall repair
  • Flooring installation
  • Completing work orders in a timely manner
  • Performing preventative maintenance
  • Light HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
  • Lock installation and repairs
  • Maintaining property grounds and common areas
  • Minor plumbing and carpentry
  • Appliance installation and repairs
  • Responsible for inventory control
  • Working with other service technicians
  • Emergency, after-hours maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned/needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • General maintenance experience
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
