Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at one of our properties in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and email, as well as strong administrative skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong administrative skills and experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
