About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager with extensive healthcare testing experience to join our QEA practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions, contributing to the overall success of our projects, and making a positive impact on the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the testing efforts for projects involving Facets and Facets - Claims modules.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the testing process.
  • Work with different stakeholders to strategize, design, and plan the execution of test cases related to Azure Cloud migration.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze different business process areas for automation feasibility and develop automation scripts with automation tools using Selenium Web Driver and Java/Python-based framework.
  • Contribute in building test automation frameworks.
  • Build Test Automation Script and contribute in integration the scripts into the overall DevOps CICD pipeline.
  • Monitor and track testing progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices.
  • Support user acceptance testing and provide assistance to end-users.
Requirements
  • 10 to 14 years of IT experience focused on QA software testing preferably in a Healthcare domain.
  • Strong expertise in Healthcare Facets and Facets - Claims modules.
  • Extensive experience in the Payer domain.
  • Proven track record of leading testing efforts in complex projects.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and techniques.
  • Exposure to MS Azure Cloud migration projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge in Java and Python languages.
  • Hands-on experience in Selenium and Playwright.
  • Understanding of Robotic Process Automation.
  • Experience in Github and CICD pipeline.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on testing progress.
  • Ensure all testing activities are documented and comply with industry standards and best practices.
  • Drive the adoption of automated testing tools and techniques to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
