Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and team members.
- Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food to ensure that it meets our quality control standards.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and training to our team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have what we need to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in our food products and services.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
