About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at Manpower Group (UK). As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to provide tailored talent solutions that drive business results
  • Create sales plans that capitalize on high-growth client opportunities and aggressively hunt new business
  • Develop and execute account plans to increase client loyalty and deliver significant growth
  • Secure new and increased business with key account clients, focused on SOW or new sites to maximize revenue opportunity
  • Develop and execute against Key Account plan to generate demand within under-tapped accounts and convert dormant contacts to ManpowerGroup brand advocates
  • Address account escalations with focus on client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Market and industry leader known in communities of relevance and looked to for World of Work expertise
  • Offer customized workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across teams/brands to leverage the full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions
Requirements
  • 5+ years sales experience, with 3+ years selling a solution/service
  • Bachelor's degree
