We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Contract Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. As a Contract Administrator, you will be at the forefront of project execution, ensuring seamless communication, meticulous adherence to contractual obligations, and ultimately contributing to the realization of our clients' visions.

Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with project teams to negotiate and review contracts with GCs and sub-trades.
  • Meticulously monitor contract performance, ensuring strict adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Serve as liaison between project stakeholders, swiftly resolving disputes and addressing concerns to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and payment certifications.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure the highest standards of quality.
  • Partner with internal teams and site supervisors to promptly resolve construction-related issues.
  • Accurately track project costs and expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience and a proven track record in contract administration within the construction industry, preferably on educational projects.
  • In-depth understanding of construction contracts.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Obsessively detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where excellence is the norm.
