- Team Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and dependability.
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physically demanding tasks. Attention to detail is essential.
