Building Maintenance Specialist

At BGIS, we are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with facility mechanical and electrical equipment and systems, providing suggestions for enhancement and repair.
- Maintenance: Perform work in accordance with established processes and practices, complying with internal and external requirements, including environmental, health and safety, and fire protection.
- Client Relations: Enhance tenant and customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and maintain positive relations.
- Administration: Record resolution data, ensure work meets quality and contract response requirements, and participate in facility-related projects.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of facility operations and maintenance work experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of processes and practices, ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair non-technical facility components, and strong client-service orientation.
