We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Lead to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Your primary focus will be on managing and developing our product roadmap, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and market demands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop comprehensive business cases, and engage stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective governance of product initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in financial management, program management skills, and a passion for technology and innovation. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will enable you to effectively communicate, sell ideas, and influence without authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands
  • Manage budgets, forecasting models, and business cases to ensure financial health and alignment with company goals
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective governance of product initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive business cases to support new product initiatives and enhancements

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or Engineering is an asset
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensation Package:

The salary range for this position is $96,000-$144,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including minimum 3 weeks of vacation, flexible benefits plan, and opportunities for career growth and learning & development.
