Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff
* Hire and train new staff members
* Authorize payments and returns
* Plan and develop exhibits and displays
* Establish work schedules and prepare reports
* Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Oversee payroll administration

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
