Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Corp. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, staffing, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
