As a Senior Business Development Liaison with LifeWorks, you will play a key role in driving business growth and product intensity across our partner base. Working closely with the sales team and head of strategic partnerships, you will collaborate across business units to identify opportunities for expansion and development.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales and head of strategic partnerships to drive business growth and product intensity across our partner base
  • Collaborate across business units to identify opportunities for expansion and development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
