We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team at Finch Employment. This role provides an opportunity to work from start to finish on cabinetry and custom millwork projects, utilizing a well-equipped facility for learning and growth.
Responsibilities:- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Measure and mark outlines on parts to ensure precise cutting and assembly.
- Cut, shape, form, and trim material using woodworking equipment and hand tools to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Fabricate and assemble cabinets, ensuring accurate fit and finish.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- 13 years of cabinetmaking experience, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- 13 years of cabinet installation experience, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Knowledge of woodworking materials and finishes, including various types of wood, stains, and coatings.
- Able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $20-$25 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and professional growth. Located in Etobicoke, ON, this position provides a stable and secure work environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
