Cabinet Maker

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team at Finch Employment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-equipped cabinet manufacturing facility in Etobicoke, where you will have the chance to work from start to finish on cabinetry and custom millwork jobs.
Responsibilities and Duties- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure and mark outlines on parts
- Cut, shape, form, and trim material using woodworking equipment and hand tools
- Fitting parts together and assembling using screws, nails, staples, glue, and clamps
- Experience with working with small hand tools, power tools, benders, sliding table saws, and other cutting equipment
- Maintain and store tools and equipment
- Assemble and install cabinets
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- 13 years of cabinetmaking experience
- 13 years of cabinet installation experience
- Knowledge of woodworking materials and finishes
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work well with deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Own transportation to get to the facility
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $20-$25 per hour. The location is Etobicoke, ON M8Z 1M6, and the working hours are 8 AM-5 PM.
