Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Buy N Save Grocery Supermarket. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets company standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
As a Retail Store Manager at Buy N Save Grocery Supermarket, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
