Automobile Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automobile Salesperson to join our team at Bruce GM Middleton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sell new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring a smooth and transparent sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales targets and support the overall success of the dealership.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in sales or a related field is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our dealership is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers and colleagues. As a sales representative, you will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 60 hours per week during peak sales periods.
