Beverage Service Manager Job Description

Coco Fresh Tea and Juice is seeking a highly skilled Beverage Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beverage service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and products.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility to ensure effective team management.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize electronic cash registers, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word to manage daily operations efficiently.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct criminal record checks and maintain a secure working environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in an urban area.
