Beverage Service Manager Job Description

Coco Fresh Tea and Juice is seeking a highly skilled Beverage Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
