Brewery Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brewery Operations Manager to join our team at CA40 Trillium Beverage Inc. As a key member of our brewery operations team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of experienced brewers, ensuring safety and quality, and driving production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of brewers to achieve production goals and ensure quality standards are met
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Manage production requirements and staffing/scheduling to meet production demands
- Drive a culture of safety leadership within the brewery team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the brewing industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Science
- Excellent data analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dayforce timesheet experience
- Previous experience leading people in a fast-paced consumer goods environment
