Job Title: Luxury Sales Lead
The Luxury Sales Lead will support execution of front-of-house priorities within the store. This role is responsible for maintaining selling floor service and merchandising standards to drive sales and customer experience. As a key member of the team, the Luxury Sales Lead will coach direct reports proactively and collaboratively to ensure all selling floor associates drive key performance indicators and are strong brand ambassadors.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure cashiering team is scheduled to maximize coverage and operate with a sense of urgency in managing the customer line.
- Guarantee that line leaders greet and direct customers to the appropriate register and call for additional associate/manager backup as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment by following all directives and corporate guidelines, including ensuring the area is neat, clean, set to standard with necessary supplies, and that all merchandise movement meets fast-to-floor expectations.
- Teach, coach, and train associates to follow fast-to-floor return processes to ensure merchandise is available to sell.
- Drive loyalty enrollments, SaksFirst acquisition, and connected service behaviors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as the primary Connected Service Coach to drive customer experience and reinforce connected service behaviors during designated peak traffic periods.
- Leverage and train walkie-talkie expectations for flex of coverage to support customer needs.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns or calling in the appropriate level of management support to resolve issues in the moment.

About You:
- College Associate diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume and/or proven track record of success managing a selling workforce and achieving results.
- Proficiency in utilizing available technology, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Proven sales track record and results-driven approach.
- Proven time management skills and comfort managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high standard of customer service and build exceptional customer relationships.
- Thorough knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for sharing expertise.
- Ability to act promptly in routine situations and see a clear plan of action to a positive result in the customer's eyes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive compensation package, with an estimated annual salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 CAD. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
