Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD. As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail business environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
