Gas Station Supervisor

BC LTD is seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Authorize Payments: Verify and authorize payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate the ordering of merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and adequate stock levels.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales workers, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 1 to Less than 7 Months of Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment is required.
The Gas Station Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, sales workers, and other team members. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
