Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD.
Job Summary:The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that employees are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including sales staff and maintenance personnel.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform management decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including fuel, food, and other products.
The Gas Station Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The role requires standing for extended periods and working in a variety of weather conditions.
