We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at JAKU CONSTRUCTION. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or coordination role within the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.
  • You will be responsible for preparing production and other reports, supervising workers and projects, recruiting and hiring workers, training staff, preparing bids, estimating costs and materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • This is a permanent full-time position with a work schedule of 32 to 35 hours per week.
  • The working language is English, and the salary range for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
