Job Summary

R A J K O S H I N C. is seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are being met.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend these to management.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records related to cleaning services are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Receive Payments: Handle payments for specialized cleaning services, such as one-time deep cleans.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and training required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other facility management activities.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
