The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Monitoring staff performance and providing coaching and feedback as needed
- Planning and organizing daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling
- Setting staff work schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods
- Supervising staff and providing guidance on customer service standards
- Training staff on new procedures and policies
- Determining type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
- Balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conducting performance reviews and developing plans for improvement
- Organizing and maintaining inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed and maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
- Leading and instructing individuals to achieve business objectives
- Addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
