POSITION OVERVIEW
The ERP Implementation Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in the successful deployment of our ERP system. This entry-level position is dedicated to overseeing documentation management, facilitating order entry, and ensuring comprehensive training for new users on the ERP platform. You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and accessibility of all ERP-related documentation, supporting data integrity, and assisting in the conversion of essential data during the implementation phase.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Documentation Oversight
- Organize, update, and manage documentation related to the ERP system, including user manuals and policy documents.
- Ensure that all documentation is precise and readily available to authorized personnel.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of documents, including reference sheets and version control.
ERP Implementation Support
- Assist in the accurate entry of open sales orders and the conversion of purchase orders into the new ERP system.
- Conduct data integrity checks on critical information, including items, customers, and vendors.
User Training and Compliance
- Support new users in completing their training on the ERP system.
- Track and document training progress and compliance.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Assist users with inquiries related to ERP documentation.
- Help resolve issues concerning documentation or order entry.
Collaborative Efforts
- Engage with various departments to gather necessary information for documentation purposes.
- Ensure that documentation requirements are fulfilled for new ERP implementations or updates.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Identify opportunities to enhance documentation processes and ERP implementation activities. Implement best practices to improve efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Experience
- A strong eagerness to learn about ERP implementation processes and contribute to their success.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Excel.
