Position Overview

As a Systems Analysis Specialist at ERP Buddies Inc., you will play a crucial role in enhancing our information systems to meet the dynamic needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to ascertain their specific requirements and expectations.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation of technical specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • System Development: Design, develop, and implement tailored information systems solutions that drive business efficiency.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide expert guidance on information systems strategy, policy formulation, management, and service delivery.
  • Risk Assessment: Evaluate physical and technical security vulnerabilities related to data, software, and hardware.
  • Policy Development: Create comprehensive policies and contingency plans aimed at mitigating the impact of security incidents.
  • Software Lifecycle Management: Develop and enforce policies and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews to evaluate quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts that may arise during project execution.
  • Testing Operations: Utilize automated testing equipment to ensure the quality of products.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and system performance.
  • Testing Documentation: Execute and document the outcomes of software application tests and telecommunications systems evaluations.
