Job Title: Drywall Installer and Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installer and Finisher to join our team at Leonardo Sales LPS Drywall. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall to ensure a smooth and durable finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Install drywall sheets, measuring, cutting, and fitting them to metal or wooden studs or joists.
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners.
  • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings.
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.
  • Estimate costs and materials for drywall projects.
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in drywall installation and finishing.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
