Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Team Leader to oversee the merchandising team at Seoul Trading Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising staff and assigning duties to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the merchandising team to achieve sales targets and improve product offerings.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths.
  • Hire, train, and develop new team members to enhance overall performance.
  • Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain inventory levels and minimize losses.
  • Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team member progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduation certificate and 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
