Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at IMP Aerostructures.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through written and verbal communication, addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics related to customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and negotiation techniques as needed.
  • Analyze client feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Perform general office duties, including administrative tasks, data entry, and other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in an aviation or aerospace industry setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as database software and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with inventory control software and electronic mail systems is an asset.
