Dining Establishment Supervisor

We are seeking a professional Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sakura Sushi & Grill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in managing food service staff and maintaining high-quality customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, supervising staff who prepare and portion food. You will be responsible for establishing work schedules, hiring staff, ensuring quality control standards, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a stable work environment with 30-40 hours of work per week.
You must be fluent in English and have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
