Technical Support Specialist

FIBERCOMM COMMUNICATIONS LTD is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and be able to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
- Research and implement solutions to technical issues
- Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex issues
- Document and maintain accurate records of technical support interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices
- 2 years of experience in technical support
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in English
- Experience working in a help desk environment
- Knowledge of network and internet protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
