Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Heritage Inn. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain accurate records.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Communication: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
