About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Consider Everything Immigration Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the overall organization and cleanliness of our office.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Reception and Greeting: Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure their successful completion.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
