Vertex is seeking a skilled Junior Environmental Project Coordinator to prepare cost estimates for environmental projects across Canada. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and customers, with light inside sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for environmental projects, analyzing project specifications and ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to gather necessary information, facilitating effective communication and project progress.
- Assist in inside sales activities, including customer communication and relationship-building.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting on project progress, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Manage a network of vendors and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely project execution.
- Provide administrative support for project execution, ensuring seamless handoffs and efficient project management.
Location
- This position will be based out of Ontario, with a preference for candidates within 75km of the Greater Toronto Area. Remote work arrangements are available.

- Compensation and vacation will be commensurate with education and experience.
