Environmental Project Coordinator

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Project Coordinator to join our Resilience Team. This full-time position is based in Ontario and will involve coordinating and executing activities assigned by Project Managers related to environmental projects, including site assessments, groundwater monitoring, and remediation projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of provincial regulatory frameworks and be able to interpret environmental data, evaluate sample results, and prepare reports. They will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of industry best practices, participating in business development activities, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Geoscience, or Environmental Sciences, and a valid P.Eng. or P.Geo designation in Ontario. They will also have 4-8 years of experience in environmental project coordination and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute environmental projects, including site assessments and remediation activities
  • Prepare reports and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in business development activities and maintain knowledge of industry best practices
  • Assist Project Managers in managing project scope, tasks, and financial results

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Engineering, Geoscience, or Environmental Sciences
  • Current or pending P.Eng. or P.Geo designation in Ontario
  • 4-8 years of experience in environmental project coordination and management
