About This Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a Production Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining relationships with suppliers, ordering materials, and overseeing inventory management. As a key member of our operations team, you will analyze data trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Our ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, experience with SAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. With a degree or diploma in engineering, science, or business management, you possess the expertise to supervise production crews, manage labor schedules, and troubleshoot breakdowns.

In this dynamic role, you will contribute to updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile and monitor inventory, identifying variances and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain data accuracy in SAP and track production volume, line performance, and yield.
  • Attend daily Short Interval Control (SIC) meetings, facilitating communication and documenting actions for stakeholders.
  • Track employee attendance, update rolling temp lists, and obtain overtime replacements based on seniority and skills.
  • Document crossover notes and communicate crew talk details for incoming shifts.
  • Analyze production schedules and performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Supervise production crews and manage labor schedules.
