Customer Experience Sales Specialist - Level II

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in the agricultural industry. Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will engage with new and existing customers to promote our products and services, ensuring open, honest, and consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to differentiate ourselves and The Rack
  • Manage location and customer administration to ensure seamless operations
  • Meet and exceed annual sales goals and profit margin through effective sales strategies
  • Implement customer-centric sales approaches to drive sales of all products, including protection products, fertilizer, seed, and specialty services
  • Provide hands-on assistance with external facilities and customer on-farm deliveries
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and recommend marketing programs and services to stay ahead
  • Engage new customers in research and learning opportunities to provide incremental value
  • Grow existing and new customers by creating call lists and understanding on-farm storage and buying patterns
  • Build client loyalty through exceptional service and support
Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • College graduate with a Major in Business Administration or Agricultural Science preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the agricultural industry, with a diverse portfolio of sales experience

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who can work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and possess exceptional communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to increase market share and achieve location goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a valid Class 5 driver's license are also required.
